CA2RC is founded by Leo Yoshinaka, amateur radio operator and Carleton University student, also registers Satellite Ground Station and club with ISED: VA3CZZ for future CA2RC Cubesat project. Directors also join: Matt Murray, James Cole, Kieron von Buchstab. Total of 11 members in 2 weeks.
