Change of Executive members. CA2RC President Leo Yoshinaka (8AAT) will step down on Dec 31, 2023. Jack Rubio will assume the new role as President. Now that CA2RC is self-sustaining, the Executive can manage the club effectively and share responsibilities. Leo will focus upon his roles as Co-Lead for Systems, Payload/Propulsion and Comms. One aspect of leadership is providing opportunities for others.
